Steve Albert is East West Path's Managing Director.  He was introduced to global business at Procter & Gamble where he worked prior to attending the University of Wisconsin Law School.  Upon graduation, he came to Cincinnati as a partner with Grant Thornton, LLP, a global management consulting and accounting firm working exclusively with firm's Fortune 500 & high net worth clients and affiliates in India. 

In 2001, Mr Albert joined Hammond and Associates (now CKR law), one of the largest immigration law firms in the US, based in Cincinnati.  In 2003, Mr. Albert co-founded Health Carousel, LLC (HCLLC).  Health Carousel is recognized as the largest, most profitable and most respected international health care staffing organization in the US with over $100 million in annual revenues and 1000 employees.  

He exited Health Carousel in 2016 to found East West Path and provide Chinese clients an alternative to the EB-5 investor visa. 

He is an avid traveler, skier (he winters in Park City, Utah), golfer, tennis player, investor and student of global history. He maintains memberships in numerous cultural (performing and visual), athletic and political organizations and clubs throughout the world. He was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Greater Cincinnati Chinese Chamber of Commerce and has sat on the Financial Allocations Committee for the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati from 2015 to 2019.

Charles Yang is East West Path's Director of Asian Affairs.  Mr. Yang hails from Shanghai, and maintains residences in both the US and China.  He is fluent in Mandarin and has a diverse background in US and Chinese law, accounting, business start-ups and management.  His US educational experience includes Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.
